When I open the ISO with 7-Zip, there are one file and one folder, the folder only weights 4KB, inside that folder there is a file called Bootable_NoEmulation.img, also weights only 4KB!!!, and 7-Zip can't view any more files. Using Diskpart, at the moment to copy the files from the mounted ISO in DOS, I have this error: " El volumén de destino no admite vínculos simbólicos." In english is: "Filesystem does not support symbolic links", but I've already formated the USB in NTFS. Please select a valid ISO file and try again."

The Windows 7 USB/DVD Tool output is: " The selected file is not a valid ISO file. I can mount the ISO file using Virtual CloneDrive and I see the contents but when I mount the ISO, that is 3.19Gb, mounted it weight 4.75 GB. I also tried: WinSetupFromUSB, WinToFlash, WinUSB Maker and others, all fail.

I tried with Windows 7 USB/DVD Tool and configuring the USB manually using Diskpart but without any success at all. I've tried to setup a Boot USB to Install the Windows Server from USB. I acquired Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials in a MS OPEN Agree, after that I downloaded the ISO image from the Microsoft Licencese Volume Licensing Services Center, the file is: " SW_DVD9_NTRL_Win_Svr_Essentials_2012_R2_64Bit_Spanish_-2_FPP_VL_OEM_X19-83586.iso"
